GROW Counseling Network exists to help individuals and organizations become more resilient, learn to develop better coping skills, and begin to find meaning and joy through a variety of counseling services.
Who We Are.
We are professional.
We have more than 250 counselors in our network. These counselors are selectively recruited and highly vetted - we spend a significant amount of time reviewing and engaging with each counselor before we approve them for the network. The scope of the program requires ongoing recruiting efforts to ensure that we have counselors available in each jurisdiction who are diverse in background, culture, and specializations. Counselors typically maintain a relatively low caseload and, as such, fill up rapidly. Additionally, we routinely have counselors who transition out of practice for a variety of reasons and we work to quickly replace those with highly skilled counselors who have space available on their caseloads.
We are personal.
We offer a live, high touch service. The interactions clients and staff have are not with AI technology or basic administrative support. All interactions are with trained professionals who are highly responsive and make sure that the needs of the clients are being met - whether that be for the initial registration process, matching with a professional, or adjusting the match depending on their needs and the experience.
We are data driven.
We provide ongoing data mining and analytic insight. We’ve worked through hundreds of thousands of data points to derive patterns, usage, progress insight, and organizational feedback. We collect, analyze, and aggregate data from multiple ongoing client surveys as well as data regarding program usage.
We are educators.
From the data we collect, and in combination with the HR staff, we are able to provide curated training opportunities for the team to help fill gaps in understanding and tools. We identify strategic learning goals and provide targeted training for the team to help address shared concerns through speaking engagements and workshops.
We are confidential.
Perhaps the most critical element to the program being a success is that people feel safe. Maintaining confidentiality is of utmost importance in people being willing to really open up to the healing process. We act as a bridge between care and clinical needs. We work strategically with a company’s HR team to shield specifics of identification or client concerns, while helping to strategize the best approach for companies to be able to support their employees.
We are detailed.
Each month we handle thousands of details regarding the invoicing and payment process. We have developed a system to prevent any potential fraud, and identify and correct any good faith billing errors. Any given month, we process 2000+ session invoices, 1200+ payments to counselors, and a variety of other details to ensure the quality and success of the program.
